Figeac Aero is a major aerospace structure sub-assembly manufacturer that employs 500 people in central France. Anixter and Figeac Aero began a supply partnership in 2010 after Figeac realized that managing their class C components in house was just not working. Stock outs, occassional work stoppages, and over/under stocking were common for the company and they needed a solution that would help them to optimize their supply chain.
