Milestone announces the launch of Milestone CareTM, a new and expansive end-customer service offering. Milestone Care is a complete suite of operational maintenance and support services that will accompany every Milestone solution. Designed to provide the right level of coverage to meet the specific needs of each end-customer, Milestone Care consists of a base service offering and three commercial service offerings:

Milestone Care Basic: a basic service that is anything but basic

Milestone Care Basic - a complimentary extensive self-help experience consisting of a series
of excellent online guides, business-hour chat assistance for partners and a forum for sharing best practices.

Milestone Care Plus: ensure your business is always safeguarded

Milestone CareTM Plus – including all of the benefits of the base Milestone Care offering, Milestone Care Plus offers immediate access to the latest product updates, full trade-in value
on existing product when upgrading to a more advanced solution and Milestone Customer Dashboard.

Milestone Care Premium: premium service 24/7/365

Milestone CareTM Premium - Milestone Care Plus customers have the option of expanding
to Milestone Care Premium. It offers around-the-clock support for business-critical installations, including direct technical email and phone support, prioritized handling and committed response times and localized support in the end-customers’ preferred language.

Milestone Care Elite: join the elite. Tailor-made to your business needs

Milestone CareTM Elite - Milestone Care Plus customers have the option of expanding 
to Milestone Care Elite, a high-end, completely customizable service offering for end-customers with mission-critical installations. This service includes a dedicated Milestone technical account manager and a guarantee to comply with the highest support demands, such as continuous system operation and zero downtime. 

The Milestone Care service offerings are all sold through our standard distribution model with a coverage period
of 1 to 5 years, thus providing you with recurring revenue opportunities.

The Milestone Care program replaces our existing Software Upgrade Plan (SUP) and the Milestone Technical Support incident tickets.
