To help the end-customer’s system stay up and running, Milestone has created Customer Dashboard, an online service for system integrator. Using Customer Dashboard, integrators can monitor the technical health of a Milestone system in real-time, receive status updates and keep track of technical incidents. System uptime reports and customizable notifications help integrators address potential system issues before they disrupt business. The result is a continuously-operating Milestone system that meets your business requirements. Customer Dashboard is a part of the Connected Services available via a Milestone Care Plus subscription. It requires an Internet connection.

The Milestone Customer Training Suite is an onsite training service where attendees learn best practices when using Milestone software. It is specifically designed to help you get hands-on experience with the XProtect® VMS. The Suite contains three types of training courses intended for system operators, supervisors and XProtect® Smart Client administrators.
The training covers the following areas:
- Daily navigation in the XProtect® Smart Client in an operational environment similar to your own.
- Evidence handling.
- Setting up the Smart Client for optimal situational awareness.
Milestone’s free eLearning modules help you get familiar with your Milestone installation. They are designed to empower your on-the-job performance, you can take them at a time and place that suits you and they are available free of- charge.
eLearning modules are available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian and can be accessed 24/7 from any computer or tablet.
- In the Partner Learning Portal, partners with a My Milestone ID can access free eLearning, sign up for an instructor-led training class and take an official Milestone certification assessment.
- From the Customer Learning Portal, end customers can access free eLearning without needing a My Milestone ID.
