The new UAC enables greater utilisation resulting in lower operating costs, improved efficiency & reduced/deferred CapEX.

Panduit announces the availability of its new Net-Contain™ Universal Aisle Containment System. The system optimizes the separation of hot and cold air to enable higher per cabinet density, reclaiming 10% of existing cooling capacity and saving up to 27% on operational expenses.

Universal Aisle Containment

The new UAC system is compatible with all major cabinet brands and sizes.

Watch this video to see how the system can be configured for Hot Aisle or Cold Aisle containment and allows the addition of cabinets of varying sizes and design as needed.
This means reduced deployment time and less capital investment.

By retrofitting the UAC System into an existing data centre, customers are able to reclaim cooling capacity, reduce energy expense and CapEx. Containment reduces cooling energy consumption by as much as 40% and means a typical customer with 100 cabinets could save over 63,000 GBP per year (based on 8p kWh energy cost and CRAC unit energy saving of 30% if fitted with EC fans).

Learn how best to reclaim cooling capacity, reduce energy expense and CapEx by retrofitting your existing data centre.
