Help for Tri-Ed Customers
Tri-Ed.com Users - If you previously had a login to ecomm.Tri-Ed.com, then your account has been automatically migrated to Anixter.com. However, for security reason, passwords could not be migrated and must be reset.
When your account has been migrated, you will receive an invitation email from Anixter. Click on the link in the email to accept the invitation and set your password. You will then have full access to Anixter.com.
If you did not receive the invitation by January 2, 2018, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow that process. If you still do not receive an email to reset your password, contact Customer Service.
Tri-Ed Customers Who Did Not Previously Use Tri-Ed.com - If you were a Tri-Ed customer who did NOT have a login on Tri-Ed.com, you should register as an "current customer" on Anixter.com. During registration, you will be asked for your customer number. Please be sure to enter your new Anixter account number, not your Tri-Ed account number.
To acquire your new Anixter account number, contact your local Tri-Ed/Anixter branch.
