If Your Username and Password Aren't Working

If you can't login because your password is not working, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password. 

You will be sent an email with instructions to click a link and set your password. If you do not see this email in your inbox, check your SPAM folder. If it's not there, contact our local Anixter sales representative. 

Note to Tri-Ed.com and eClarkSecurity.com users - your username and password from these sites will not work on Anixter.com.  Your account from those sites was likely migrated to Anixter.com. Just complete the "Forgot Password" process to set your new password and access your account.

Error After Logging In

If you have logged in, but are seeing an error that "we are having trouble accessing your account" then there may be one of two potential causes:

  • You may be on the wrong country site. Check the country at the top of the page to make sure you're on the right site.
  • You may have completed your registration, but your request may not have been fully vetted and approved. Anixter.com is not yet available in all regions and for all customers. Once this site is available, you'll be notified that your account is approved and you may gain access. In the meantime, a local sales representative can help you with all of your needs.
