We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and we uphold all laws countering bribery and corruption wherever we operate. No Anixter director, officer, employee, supplier or business partner may promise, offer, give, authorize, request, agree to receive or receive, directly or indirectly, a bribe to or from anyone. Anixter also prohibits facilitation payments and the giving or receiving of gifts or hospitality, regardless of their value, to or from public officials anywhere in the world.

Anixter expects everyone with whom we conduct business to place as much value on ethics and integrity as we do. As such, all companies wishing to become Anixter business partners are expected and required to comply with Anixter’s Business Partner Anti-Corruption Policy.
